Ram Patch v.1.1,Improve windows 32.bit

Today, almost all new computers come with large amounts of RAM needed to meet the hardware requirements of Windows and the most demanding applications . It is normal , therefore, to find in the market PCs with less than 4 GB of memory. Despite this, Windows is not able to use that amount of RAM, but fails to Dispense according only a portion (3 to 3.5 GB , which varies depending on the model of the motherboard) . So the question arises , but you can bypass this limitation ?
BEFORE YOU BEGIN AND ' GOOD TO KNOW :
As explained in Geoff Chappel and more simplified in this topic the "problem" is due to a limit of 32-bit addressing , although it should properly handle 4 GB (2 ^ 32 = 4,294,967,296 bytes) , actually limiting the maximum memory to a lower value because some of these bits are reserved for the management of the chipset and video card . The question raised at first glance seems unsolvable , but in reality there is a loophole :
